How long does it take to process an order? When should I expect my order to arrive?
Please allow 1-3 days from your purchase date for your order to be processed for shipping. Faceless Legend’s production team is small and limited but will work as quickly as possible to fill out all orders as timely as possible to. Please allow a maximum of 10 days for your order to arrive to you. After 14 days if your order has still not arrived you are eligible for a refund of the cost while still keeping the item you ordered!
Shipping costs + additional charges and Shipping time
Shipping is done through USPS using priority mail, so your package should take up to 2-7 Days after processing to be delivered to you. The cost will be a flat $8.75 with an additional $2.5 per item added to the order. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as possible.
Outsourced Products and Shipping times
Faceless Legend outsources it’s embroidered designs to Printful, if your item is outsourced please allow up to 14 Days of you not receiving your order OR A SHIPPING NOTICE to send a notice for refund. Any delay in their production will fall onto Faceless Legend’s responsibility meaning any orders exceeding a certain amount of time will result in full refund with your item still being sent to you.
Potential service interruptions and How we handle them
With Faceless Legend being a small company delays in production may back up causing a delays in your processing time. If ever the case you will be notified immediately with an update on the progress of your order. Any delays resulting in you not receiving your order within 14 days will allow you to be eligible for a full refund of your cost. Faceless Legend also outsources it’s embroidered designs to other companies, if your item is outsourced please allow up to 20 Days of you not receiving your order to send a notice for refund. Any delay in their production will fall onto Faceless Legend’s responsibility meaning any orders exceeding a certain amount of time will result in full refund
