HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR REPLACEMENT?

You have 7 days to return an item due to poor fit (Too big, Too Small, etc) and up to 30 days if you don’t like the product as expected

If any damages happen to your clothing within 30 days (Tear, hole, unremovable stain, etc) You may be eligible for a free replacement or half-priced replacement.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?

Send an email to Jay@Facelesslegend.com and subject the email either “Refund Request”, “Return Request”, or “Replacement Request” explaining the situation and you will receive a response within 24 hours

return conditions:

Your return must have no visible marks or stains on the product and must be 100% intact. Outside of damages to the product all returns are accepted.

RESTRICTED REFUND ITEMS:

Right now the only unreturnable items are the “3 Headed Legend'' Socks. In the future the only unreturnable items will be undergarments and certain accessories 

HOW WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?

A Refund will be sent back into your bank account within 3-5 business days

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING COSTS?

Faceless Legend will pay for the shipping costs on all returns and all refunds. Replacements will be seen on a case-by-case basis which will result in Faceless Legend paying for the replacement or for you to repurchase at a 50% price markdown.

REPLACEMENTS:

something happened to the product (I.E. Stolen, Damage to the product before arriving to you, Product gets damaged by non-personal means) within 30 days but you would still like another of the same product. Depending on the case you will be given one of two options

Option 1: You will need to repurchase the same product but at 50% of its original cost* and will get the option to return or keep the damaged garment

*A 50% Item code will be sent to you through contact information

Option 2: You will be entitled to a replacement on behalf of Faceless Legend in which we will handle everything over again and make sure you get your product the right way!
